Return Policy

At 12 Volt & Beyond, we are dedicated to providing our valued customers with exceptional service and top-quality products. We understand that on occasion, you may need to initiate a return, and our aim is to ensure a seamless process. Please familiarize yourself with our comprehensive return policy for a simpler shopping experience:

Non-Custom Built Item Orders $200 and Under:

  • Items in this category may be returned within 30 days of the original order date for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Custom Built Item Orders Over $200:

  • Items in this category may be returned within 30 days of the original order date.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom Built Item Orders:

  • Custom Built Item returns will be allowed at the manufacturer's discretion only.
  • There will be no exceptions after a decision has been finalized between the manufacturer and 12 Volt & Beyond.
  • These items are only eligible for a refund or cancellation within 10 days of order placement; ONLY IF the manufacturer agrees to cancel, stop, or return the order.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded if the item has already shipped on any order cancellations, no exceptions will be allowed.

BlackVue Dash Cameras:

  • BlackVue Dash Cameras are allowed to be returned in brand new, unopened condition within 15 days of purchase.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount.

Exclusions:

  • Used merchandise will not be accepted for return. No exceptions will be made.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • All damaged and defective items must be reported to 12 Volt & Beyond with images via email within 5 days of delivery.
  • If you notice a damaged package during delivery, please refuse the delivery and let them know it looks damaged so it can be documented, and you will not have to wait for a shipping carrier claim for a replacement.

Return Process:

  1. Before returning any item, customers must contact our customer support team at sales@12voltbeyond.com to initiate the return process.

  2. Our customer support team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions for the return.

  3. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to 12 Volt & Beyond at their expense, using a trackable shipping method with proper insurance to avoid any charges.

  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7 business days.

Refund Policy:

  • All approved returns will be refunded minus shipping costs and any fees associated with payment processing, financing, or any other fees charged by another company to 12 Volt & Beyond for order cancellation.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to credit back to your account.

Cancellation Policy:

  • For order cancellations, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped and falls within a reasonable cancellation request as stated in the above guidelines, we will cancel it and issue a refund.
