A coated woven surround offers smooth, precise geometry during hard play. The light weight cone provides excellent linear response up to 3 kHz, making the 10MR1000X a great solution for high quality two or three-way systems.
Extreme car audio enthusiasts will find PRV Audio’s 10MR1000X to be the perfect 10? mid range door speaker, capable of handling up to 500 watts RMS power (with a suggested 140 Hz, 18 dB/octave high pass filter in place)! The large magnet assembly is attached to a sturdy, reinforced cast-aluminum frame.
High power handling at sensitivity rating of 100 dB 1W/1M which makes it capable of generating a lot of output!
The 3″ inside/outside copper voice coil is wrapped on a glass fiber former for heat resistance and high efficiency, while providing smooth and accurate response. Not only can it handle the force of 500 watts RMS, it does so while remaining linear from 300 to 3,000 Hz.
